Cajons are attractive, extremely durable outdoor drums.

Cajon (pronounced Ka-hon) means “box” or “crate” & originates from Peru. Usually made from plywood, ours has a resonating box made from stainless steel – perfect for year-round outdoor use.

Responsive and easy to play with an in-built snare at the top and a low bass sound around the middle the Cajon is perfect for impromptu outdoor street performances.

Several Cajons situated together form the perfect drum circle, where teenagers can hang out and have fun making some great music together while getting a few shots for insta! These outdoor drums are perfect for street scenes and less supervised areas where some outdoor musical instruments would not stand up to the harsh environment.

Important Note: Cajons should be positioned to minimize sun exposure, either underneath shade or at an angle facing away from the sun. If placed in direct sunlight they may become hot enough to cause contact burn injuries.

Manufactured from stainless steel, Babel Drums are a part of the family of percussion instruments that consists of Hand pans, Hank, Tank and Tongue Drums.

This large stainless steel tongue drum can create beautiful melodies with remarkably long sustain. This is our larger and more popular version and has an eight-note layout in G-Major – the sound is amazing.

No previous drumming experience is required to play a Babel Drum and both children and adults will enjoy improvising with the mesmerizing sounds they produce. The mellow tones are never brassy or too loud – perfect for musical exploration in the fresh air.
